Charles Haddon (C.H.) Spurgeon (June 19, 1834 January 31, 1892) was a British Reformed Baptist preacher who remains highly influential among Christians of different denominations, among whom he is still known as the "Prince of Preachers." In his lifetime, Spurgeon preached to around 10,000,000 people, often up to 10 times a week at different places. His sermons have been translated into many languages. Spurgeon was the pastor of the New Park Street Chapel in London for 38 years. In 1857, he started a charity organization called Spurgeon's which now works globally. He also founded Spurgeon's College, which was named after him after his death.
Spurgeon was a prolific author of many types of works including sermons, an autobiography, a commentary, books on prayer, a devotional, a magazine, and more. Many sermons were transcribed as he spoke and were translated into many languages during his lifetime. Arguably, no other author, Christian or otherwise, has more material in print than C.H. Spurgeon.

Praise God for the Holy Spirit who led me to listen to this sermon, full of truth from God’s word. I thank Charles Spurgeon for embracing God’’s divine work being ordained to disciple. He passed away and yet left an outstanding sermon that resonates until now. Divine guidance to people who made it possible to restore and be accessible for all the world to listen and apply to daily lives. Everything is for the glory of God, the most High. Amen.😘💕😇👍🥰

Mine too! Do you know what his name is? There is another narrator but it sounds too digital. This narrators' voice is soothing as I he believes what he reads from Spurgeon. The Lord Jesus bless you Rich....

Praised God, praise God. I listen daily, 2 or 3 times a day. Won't listen to but 1 or two more preachers. I love this anointed word. Back in pastor Spurgeon days they were close to Jesus christ and obeyed his word, now days posters out for what they can get. Money.

I had heard of Charles Spurgeon but never took time to listen to his sermons. This wonderful sermon helped direct my attention to to God's word and not so much to the one preaching it. For me this sermon reminded me to study all of God's unexhaustable word repeatedly. Glory to God, thank you Jesus! And thank you Sir for posting these sermons.

When I listen to The Charles spurgeon's tapes I always wonder if he ever thought that people in the year 2022 would be listening to them 🤔💭 over a thing called a cell phone because we have satellites that you can preach all around the world isn't that amazing
