Well a nice video, and I assume he makes $ on both the buy and sell side, but so many have left CA., the riots, homelessness, the failed leftist government, drugs, there is a reason why so many have left for states like Fla., Tenn., NC, SC, Texas. It was wonderful when the Republicans were in charge.
