My children age 15 ,12 and 10 always dreamed of going to snowy Land...but I cant afford to take them from Hyderabad.. Absolutely. Faith plays a very important role in their lives. And to make things interesting the livelihood of the Changpas goes against the very basic tenets of they're religion. So the Changpas have to atone for it every single day of their lives.

Future of the changthang is knowingly or unknowingly in the hands of dropout like Padma.... Thats very touchy.. Life is very tough there... can't imagine Padma in the same phase of her mother. Modernisation may bring some development there and can make their life better.. But question is who will do it? Politician or someone from them or from us... Really don't know... Saw this video many times, was not getting words to express. Everything is unique, your life as well as their....

Really how much hard life of ladak peoples in winter.. Still they happy with that, taking care of animals, feeding them.... Also its hard task to you to make these documentaries in such harsh condition's... Great solute for u and ladak peoples👌👌👌👌👌

Seriously, I fell short of my goals with regards to storytelling. I wanted to capture a lot of soundbites from the Changpas to go with my narration. But I was too shy to ask them to talk in front of the camera. It is something I really need to work on.

5:01 ‘Modern education can be as destructive as it can be constructive’ - Totally 👌🏼 . With some realisation during the current pandemic and as it is the city life suffocates, hope the educated lot return to their real homes, make a living like it is being done, also improving it with the times ! As it is ‘Modern Education’ would for long be competition and job oriented, and not life and living oriented !!
