The semi-nomadic lifestyle of the Changpas keeps them constantly on the move in search of pastures for their animals. Each tribe has their own set of grazing areas for different times of the year. They migrate between these places every few weeks, taking all their animals, their families and most of their belongings with them. The migration of the Changpas is quite the spectacle and I was fortunate enough to witness the most amazing spectacle of them all. A winter migration of the Changpas.

Altho im a nz maori i grew up on a north is sheep farm n recently became a practising buddhist tibetan lineage n i cannot get enough of yr fab videos n enjoy watching thm over n over agn. The champas remind me of my own people .

Thanks Mr.Anil. I was indeed very lucky to witness all these events in my short stay with them. Initially I thought that 3 weeks won't be enough to experience the full spectrum of their winter life. But it turned to be sufficient.

Thanks Bharti. I would probably add a gimbal to my kit for my next trip. It is safer than flying a drone, you can be randomly arrested in India for flying drones. The rules are so arbitrary here that I'm afraid to use them.
