We've gone to see these model homes. Really nice homes on huge lots, but the neighborhood is truly in the middle of nowhere. It's about a 30 minute drive (on country roads) to a grocery store, restaurants, etc..

Love this. Extra detail in the wood needed. Bay out primary window for extra room. A Large Added grilling station for outdoor patio on a much needed extended porch and Outdoor fans definitely needed for hot days. A detailed infinity pool with lighting details and a fir pit and seating for campfire time. Add a a Delivery Station Entry to get Home Delivery 🚚 📦Drop Offs. Driving to Houston Texas Daily would be crazy…Most people want to make the home space and land useable in every season.. Last thing… better have Hospital and Medical Center closer than 40 minutes away. Thank You ❤

I loved the modern farmhouse (house #2) with the exception of the primary bedroom. Compared to the rest of the home the primary bedroom was too small. There was also a lot of space that will most likely go unused such as that oversized dinning room. Beautiful home though! I really like the flow and design of house #3. ❤

I prefer a small hallway to the primary bath rather than opening up into the bedroom. In Waller, are you required to have the farm fences? I like more privacy than that. Are you prevented from putting up a privacy fence?

Cannot understand why none of the homes have a steam shower. It costs prob no more than $2-3K and is a wonderful feature to differentiate the home from all the other cookie cutter places.

I had to fully edit this comment, "cheap" lol. These are pushing high six figures for costs even at base zipping to the end of the video and in the millions range for the stuff that people want. Not only are you moving far out there with not many ammenities, you're overpaying to be by yourself. Unless you make multiple six figures, have a huge chunk of savings stashed away for this, or are a trust fund baby, the title and thumbnail are very misleading.

I have lived in South Houston for 15 years and I have never seen a flying roach. I see the regular roaches on occasion. You’re making it out to be more than it it! Great designed homes. The builder knows what he's doing, but Willis Tx is not Houston, or even north Houston. You're talking past Conroe, which is already pushing that country bumpkin feel (Even though the new major is modernizing conroe) If you want country feel, but not in the middle of now where, the furthest you should go is Montgomery Tx. Im talking max Highway 105. No further than that.
