Yeah, been thinking when i do afgprd I'll stay here then buy apartment at Styen City for my kid. Personally i cannot live on top of other people, i easily get into fights without people who misbehave 🤦🏾‍♂️

Personally I'd choose this estate over Steyn City. It offers excatly what I like peace and privacy, its not busy like Steyn City! Great video buddy,

Steyn City is likely going to get worse once it is fully occupied with 10000 households and approx 50000 residents, and there is too much thick bushes, might end up not very safe to raise a girl child. Hu ḓo butukedziwa vhana

This estate is beautiful,it reminded me of USA or how SA used to be, wonderful video,the place seems so peaceful.I'm sure this type of life doesn't come cheap,the rates & taxes including the levies must be a headache for an average Joe, nonetheless it's a beautiful estate and thanks for the video 👌🏼.
