Wow,.I know this lifestyle all too well. Lol. Wherever you are is home,..that's my truth too. My Father once old me these words, and that's how we lived,on the road touring most of my homelife. I was raised on the road by two parents who played Country and Western music together since 1947. .and as a baby,I slept in the top drawer of their dresser,in the tour bus.And wound up a singer myself.

I remember at this time this video really helped me. A month later I would lose my job and go through a very difficult 4 years. I really had to learn how to survive in a rough economy. I definitely learned more from 2008 to 2012 than I ever did in college.

I hear ton's of feeling in there...he's not an angry, angst'd filled guy from what I've gleaned...he's got other emotions to offer.

i lve hw he doesn't juice any drug stories or fight stories as all the other artists wich always try to get you to saw "aww poor guy" that means that Satriani has real powerful mind. And well isn't into self promotion

Satriani is a guitar maestro no doubt about it, but where is the rebellion, the angst, the raw anger that is rock music man.....he is a technical master and he can play anything, but you don't hear any inner distress in his playing. What a well rounded, healthy guy....cool dude.
