What kind of guy makes you feel so bad about yourself to where you need to take self empowering classes to boost yourself and yet this guy is soo caring for you? You should never be in a relationship with someone that makes you even feel close to that. What it sounds like is Liz has had history of picking the wrong guys (ie she wouldn't tell her fam about her 2nd marriage) and so the bar is set incredibly low that when ed came he looked like a knight in shining armor. When the reality is what she's praising ed for like taking care of her daughter, cooking for her, and staying at home are bare minimum things that every good guy automatically does. The whole time shes saying what ppl don't see about ed and all the good things about him im thinking I can't believe you've never experienced that with anyone other guy. And she can say ppl don't know the real ed they only know the big ed version of him, well thats still a part of his personality. That misogynistic, selfish, belittling, name calling, cussing you out (we all heard the phone call she recorded of him screaming f bombs at her), immature, doesn't respect womens boundaries, little weasel of a man IS STILL APART OF ED!
