@@bongonzalez6053 i see where you are coming from, but I disagree. Recently Lizzo literally hosted a pelaton class. She sings and bikes at the same time without getting out of breath. She's dancing and singing every day on tour. I bet she could out cardio almost any of us, any day. Some bodies are just different. We are also learning measures like BMI are not terribly good or accurate tools to ascertain health. I also don't think she "promotes" her shape. She accepts and loves herself. And that is always the first step on any health journey.

"special" is a term that's sometimes got a negative connotation to it. Calling someone special is like calling someone special needs. But lizzo right here changed my mind on that. Special means important and we're all important in different ways. I'm always trying SO hard to fit in but the lines "in case nobody told you today" hits so hard. You don't NEED validation from other people to know that you're important or special. And everyone is special in their own ways 🥹🥹😭💓💕 I'm so glad I was born in the same generation as lizzo. She's an icon that actually cares for humanity 🫶🏼
