The S Class turned out beautifully! It has real presence. Those wheels, however, are fugly. If I were the customer, I’d have preferred the stock AMG wheels.

The old tail lights look so much better IMO but great conversion regardless!

Looks great, the only thing I would do is replace the mirrors with the ones that came on the face-lifted version. That way it would be 100% identical to the face-lifted version

Great job! The only thing that'll give away the year is the side view mirrors. The 2012 side mirrors have more of a square look to them, but other than that you guys knocked it out the park. I have an 07 W221 and that body style is the best looking S-Class because of that wide body.

I just got a black 07 S550 with the AMG sport package. Mine already has a better set of bumpers, skirts, and wheels than the one in your video had. I have done secondary cat delete w/ x-pipe, rear muffler delete but had the AMG tips welded back on, and I drove out to OE Tuning in Santa Ana, CA to get their handheld tuner and stage 1 tune. Also I painted the calipers red and replaced the pads and rotors with cross drilled all around since the OEM rears were solid. I want to black out the grille and get some gold Ferrada 22" wheels soon. I really like the newer tail lights, I will probably order those and the trunk lip spoiler. My headlights are super clean so I was thinking maybe heat them up and paint the insides black and then re-apply the lenses. Nice work on this S-Class.

I am currently thinking about doing this, so this video came in clutch. I have an 08 S550, non amg. Did you have to change out the absorbers, wheel well liners or any other brackets? I want to order a kit from eBay but I’m afraid it’s not an entirely complete kit. As read on benzworld forum, there seems to be some additional brackets and support needed to complete the look. Any insight? Thanks
