Ingredients:
For Making sweet and sour chutney:
1 cup tamarind
1 tsp cumin seeds powder
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp salt
1 ¼ cup jaggery
¼ cup sugar
For spicy green water:
2 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
1 cup curry leaves
½ cup mint leaves
3 Inch ginger pieces
4 pieces green chilies
25 pieces black pepper
1 ¼ tsp cumin seeds powder
1 ½ tsp black salt
1 ¼ tsp normal salt
¾ tsp citric acid or 2 lemon juice
Potato and moong stuffing or Ragda:
3 pieces boiled potatoes
Salt as per taste
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tsp green past made for green water
1 ½ tsp chili flakes
1 cup Whole moong (Boiled)
Nylon yellow sev
