Seems like Srilanka was developed with so much love and care. Everything in Srilanka looks so well maintained despite the crisis. Hope the country recovers from the economic crisis and I also hope that India and Indians learn lessons on cleanliness, discipline and good maintenance of public properties from the SriLankans

Recommend you do the complete ride on the coastal line, right down to Matara. The view of the ocean is stunning all along. Maybe that will be a reason for you to visit again 🙏🇱🇰

It was a good ride worth traveling. You have travelled in peak hours it seems so a little crowded otherwise it has very few passengers. First class will be empty. Main problem, there is delay always in long journeys sometimes 3-4 hrs n speed also becomes slow. Its a beautiful country but because of some dirty politics n mismanagement, the citizens have to suffer. It has a very ancient history from satyuga times or even before n was a very rich country and famous all over the world known as Ceylon in those days. Enjoyed the video.....👍☺️

Ya it's clean but in this video it didn't look clean though... Lot of garbage was visible everywhere on the tracks and train stations.. but yeahh the streets of Srilanka are definitely cleaner than India but not the railway

@@munaas123 that has stopped for few years now with Clean India program, now many more have toilets and those you used to sit on the track in the platform and still don't have toilet, rather go inside train, the shit hole is no more open in train toilets unlike earlier.

Please visit Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Dambulla, Sigiriya... Don't miss. Especially the little England part of Nuwara Eliya. If possible, please visit Anuradha pura too. Not sure how easy or difficult it is to visit these places. But these are indeed amazing. Also, there are amazing beaches in Gaul and Hikkaduwa, they offer sea diving experience. Please don't miss

I wonder how Sri Lanka could get into trouble with such disciplined population. I notice that they have spent money carefully in giving just adequate facilities at stations, but lot of attention is given to cleanliness. People are all sitting quietly and travelling. Even on platforms minimum passenger amenities are there, but the platforms are exceedingly clean. I went to Bamblipitiya station in year 2000 and station has not changed much since then. No money is wasted in making all sorts of unnecessary amenities as is done in India. I am sure Sri Lanka has a bright future. The citizens of that country have to be extremely careful not to ever elect corrupt and inefficient politicians in future.

Because discipline does not necessarily mean having the intellect required to run a country. School children can be made very disciplined in schools, but that does not mean they are capable of making adult decisions. Do not confuse the two. Sri Lankans wilfully elected the same government that caused their ruin. They essentially are responsible for their own plight. Even now you will see Sri Lankans refusing to learn their lesson. They keep blaming the politicians and pretending that the people had nothing to do with the disaster. They will never admit their their own low IQ people elected those politicians in an informed choice election.

I also visited India for 12 days Buddhist pilgrim..... love the culture with many worlds in India.... do try to keep clean the cities and its suburbs...

Sri Lanka Sinhalese Wdym ? It's a country for all Buddhists, Muslims,Hindus, Christians..Sinhalese is spoken by 70% and even Tamil lang is spoken by 30%
