@@-inov8talon- I just did a video inspection at a school yesterday. First had to clear a clog. Pulled out about a quarter a bucket worth of paper towels, some wipes and a couple of tampons. This was an elementary school downstream from a faculty restroom so I'm pretty sure it wasn't students mucking things up. There are signs not to, the principal has admonished them but it still happens fairly regularly according to the facilities guys. The school has old cast iron pipes which are still in decent condition but those wipes and tampons catch on it.

I bought the drain shovel for my truck. it has been a lifesaver for hard digs. the more I watch your channel the more I learn. I've been a pumper for 3years now and still learn something new every day. keep up the good work and thanks for sharing your experience

Hi there Im a fellow septic engineer!lol when I have a stuck lid I pour water on the lid,let it seep for a few minutes and then use flat head screwdriver or chisel to break the seal,Cheers!

For locating I use a metal detector to find the iron handles when our guy's do instales on plastic tanks they place rebar on top!Cheers!

Well at least it was next to the AC... I've seen the AC unit right on TOP of the damn tank!! Good work on locating and pumping. Atleast there were many wipes

I’ve ran into that a few times. Even times when an addition to the home was added on top Of the septic tank 😳

I have enjoyed your videos I have watched as they are educational and straightforward. Have you considered showing the footage from the field lines when you all put a camera down them? That would help viewers such as myself who believe they have blockages between the septic tank discharge and the field.

Love using my microreel beats carrying the standard reel. If you haven't yet get yourself a cs6 monitor and the interconnect cord to replace that small one.

Is the Scout locator Rigid brand and is it sold separately from the SeeSnake? It would be cool to see a video on how your camera/locator set up works.

You can see videos of that if you go to Ridgid micro drain camera & search how to use the locator those are expensive tools locator is at least 1800 /2,000 bucks only for the locator

No offense to the guy but the land is only worth $200k if it's up to modern building codes. 2017 was a huge hit & 2020 was a knockout for past changes. A three bedroom home built around 2005 now needs about $10k worth of additional electrical upgrades for the new fire-reducing standards. I agree with all changes & look forward to the enforcement on old homes probably 40 years from now. Sad the economy lets the homes rot to house children instead of funding a modern standard of living.
