Thank you so much! I saw one guy do a video where he bought a whole package of couplers and took the locking mechanism off of lock and lubes own hose and put it on the DeWalt hose and it cost $75 for that kit. But I'm glad that you are able to show me exactly what to get to just put the lock and lube connector on.

I’ve had my Dewalt grease gun for about 2 years now and has always worked great. I have a knock off brand lock-n-lube and works great for me.

Thanks for watching. I like it so far. My father in law got me the lock n lube. It sure works good. It pairs good with the DEWALT grease gun. Have a good one buddy.

Man the default end that came with my grease gun feels like it's welded on there, I can't get the crap off to save my life.

Thanks for watching and commenting. I have heard some people say they’re almost impossible to get off. Try laying it on a solid table and using the longest,good tight fitting wrench’s you can find. Maybe even two pipe wrenches. Let me know if you get it off.🤞🏻

Didn’t need the tape but it will make it easier to unscrew it nice looking tractor there

Yeah a swivel would be nice I have one on my gun to there's some spots you can't get it into with the lock and lube !👍

One gun with Loc-n-lube, one with another brand locking coupler that's smaller.. We all prefer the Loc-n-lube 👍 But still need the smaller coupler...

@@shaneholst6940 the smaller one we have is more like an air or hydraulic coupler. Not as easy to unhook as the Loc-n-lube, but it gets into the tight spots 😎

@@GerraldFarms don't you just love it??? NOT!!! We typically have 30 to 40 in the same day, or it just doesn't warm up. It's great on the sinuses... I suppose it could be worse 😪

Just got my LockNLube and cordless grease gun. Weird thing, my "new" grease gun had great in the hose. I was double checking because yes, that factor end was ridiculously hard to get off and before i forced it I wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something stupid. Has the thread sealer worked out?

Swivel, maybe..... We've had a Loc-n-lube coupler on an 18volt DeWalt for about as long as they've both been out. Really haven't had any issues with it being in the wrong position.. What would really be nice, is a long and short that could be straight or on a 90°...

They are supposed to be a 90 degree coupler coming out soon.

can always put 1/8 npt 90 on it....???? will the lock n lube fit on a recessed grease nipple like on a cat skid steer?

My Dewalt has been a great addition to our farm. Seems like the battery last forever. But all my other cordless tools are RIDGID. Now RIDGID has a grease gun. I’m really looking forward to getting the RIDGID and trying it. All my other RIDGID tools work great. That lifetime replacement is hard to beat. Thanks for watching and commenting.
