Nice climbed guys, no doubt about that climbed for you, piece of cake when the climbers are the strongest I know how it felt to climb the TCH, I'm also one of those average riders who can climb the TCH with just normal speed or shall I say my own pacing but it's great if you can ride this highway where you can really test your endurance ride with the toughest climb. I was loving it even though I was bonked back then my last climbed was January 2020. KUDOS...

Hi, I have a 11-28t cassette 8sp with a 50/34 . In the first ride I thought that I have to change it to a 11-34T. At a month of riding and I almost adjust the stem higher . I noticed that with the 11-28.I getting stronger at climbing and can also sprint up short climbs with the 50 ring. I also noticed that where you in the big ring while climbing ,my heart rate don't rise and my breathing does calms down.

hello sir. good question! i prefer riding at a high cadence, jonel too. he is riding a low cadence or in the big ring as part of training for power and strength. that is part of his training plan

thank you.. mas matirik pa ang trancentral sa baguio. at least yung baguio may dumadaan na bus. if you notice sa video ko. vhire lang ang dumadaan. pinagbabawal ang bus kasi nag oovershoot sa bangin pag pumunta dito dahil sa sobrang tarik.
