4.25 cr may not be all inclusive. Car park, gym, swimming, park, maintenance , floor rise might be more. What's all inclusive needs to be known. Also huge difference between sample flat and real. The sample flight might have 50 lakh plus spent in furniture, paints, decorations.

in hyd, you can get a 2500 sqft apartment in a 30 story high rise for about 1Cr. Its the stupid FSI norms in mumbai which makes it expensive. Not the quality of construction / life.
