You can use "screen recorder" for that. It gives the option to record with or without a live mic (on my note 10+).

double click power button to instantly open camera, triple click to upload it to your email, give your email password to someone in your family. if cops disappear you it will be on the internet

Thanks. I got 2 androids and neither had a default recorder. Was kind of surprised by that. Doing the search though did take me to the place to download and install one. Thanks for the video.

Vidma recorder is a awesome app, you can use the mic to record or just the app audio you are running on your phone. Only downside with vidma is it does not record phone calls

I essentially require it for Thoreau-esque notes to myself. Period. No recorder I've ever owned arrived with this BS...
