Dear, you're playing with toys like f&d, Sony, Phillips, samsung before. Now you got a real beast. Remember,this is a world class product, which is famous all around the world. And more over,it's tuned and certified by THX to ensure that the listeners get the exact same audio experience for movies and games,like it sounded in the studio. The sub is a beast from every angle. 4th order,digs deep down to 29hz easily. Not like those toys that you've, including the JBL pb100. The only system that can defeat this beast interms of bass,is the JBL bar 9.1, which is priced around 1lakh rupees.

Is there any drop down in overall audio quality? Can we actually get 5.1 surround sound from the Logitech Z906 when it paired up with Bluetooth using the Bluetooth audio receiver ?

Bluetooth? Has it a bluetooth receiver/sender because i have the same speakerset, the old version but no bluetooth there but a magnificent quality still! As far as i can see this one showed is exactly the same, no bluetooth at all.

it will only work when you give 5.1 analog input then it will on. but if you use optical then it will automatically having 5.1 signal it just convert digital to analog.

connecting it with a dodgy bad quality cheap jack cable you loose everything this 5.1 system is made for: sound quality.
