Hey, Frank. Really good review, love the glasses test. I would love to see a review on the Sennheiser PC37x, it’s a really nice looking open-back gaming headset for a very reasonable price. I haven’t seen any reviews on it from youtubers I trust, and you’re at the top of that list. Thanks!

If there are people still wondering, yes these do work on console. Including the bluevoice tech and all the other features. You just have to use the software trough a laptop or a pc and then connect it to your console and all the settings will carry over to your preferred console. Keep in mind that you have to use the USB dongle if you want to use any of the features.

Wait all things that i change on PC will work on console but only with that USB. So that means i change on PC, plug out of PC, plug in on console and it will work

I've had mine for about a year now, got them on a warranty claim for a swap since they didn't make the ones I had at the time. They gave me a replacement before these and they constantly gave me headaches after 30 minutes... these, I can wear them for 8+ Hours a day and have no problem, SUPER comfortable! I actually have them on in my profile pic lmao!

Your review on this headset is so accurate. I own a hyperX cloud 2 and wanted to upgrade, this was the best pick. The amount of customization on the sound quality/equalizer, and blue mic customization on Ghub is phenomenal. Definitely the best gaming headset right now price-wise and quality-wise.

Wireless sucks imo. I mean, if you’re a gamer that plays around 10 hours a day, the fact that you have to charge your mic after how ever many hours kinda sucks.

Hi Frank! I was recently in the search for a good budget gaming headset and your Kraken X review really helped me make a well informed and worthwhile purchase. So thanks! Also, in your CTU50 videos for May and February, you talked about two earbuds, the Linsoul Tin Audio T2s and Yinyoo KZ ZSNs. They both boast good ratings and a 'dual driver' feature that I'm unfamiliar with. Perhaps you could compare the two earbuds, talk about this dual driver thing and let everyone know your thoughts on the better sounding/better value pair? That would be dope! Thanks!

What's your opinion on the new G Pro vs the one from a year ago? I'm debating which one to get, as while the new one seems great the old one is much cheaper and I don''t know if the new one's audio quality and mic quality are significantly better.

I loved it! the audio quality is way better than i expected. Unfortunately i can't use the software to its full extention because USB audio has a lot of latency when using an audio interface. But it's all good, the sound is great. Only con i can really think of is that the brushed aluminum finish on the sides gets frustratingly dirty and is hard to clean. the biggest pro: It's EXTREMELY robust, and since it doesnt have those little fragile wivels on each cup that breakl easily, means its very durable and will last a long time and its very hard to break since the entire thing is made of thick metal. Thats a pro on my book since im TIRED of headphones breaking easily at the swivel and apparently every brand not selling replacement bits specifically for the swivels.

They really listened and gave people what they want. Theh gave you the option to use them on basically any device(except iPhones🤣), they really did give you alot of options, they even gave cloth attachments in the box. Really all 'round great headset.

Yeah, I've always liked hyperx cloud. Great build quality, good quality ear pads and big drivers. Built to last.. I've had the originals for 4 years now. It's great to see other companies doing the same, Corsairs HS line up is also very similar

I just cancelled my amazon order from 8 minutes ago. I just saw your video, immediately cancelled my order of a Steelseries arctic 7 and watched that video. After watching it i bought the Pro X. Thanks dude, u r amazing! It‘s july of 2020 and I am still using the Logitech Pro X and it is absolutely amazing! There are a lot of cheaper options but if u can afford the Pro X then go for it💯 It‘s december of 2020 and I still think it‘s one of the best. Still using it. Still happy. No problems at all. April 2022 and it’s time for me to say goodbye to my headset🥲 I‘m selling it now cuz I don‘t play games anymore. Still, it’s been an amazing headset. One of the best if u ask me.

I have that issue too when adjust mic setting such as mic volume and noise cancellation. The best way to fix is let it be the default mic settings.

If you're asking if you can use the usb on PS4, no it can't, same with Xbox One sadly. You can only use the aux.

@@silent3469 Not to be a downer, but the same answer as before applies. With most gaming mice, they have an internal memory in which you can save your settings. On this headset, (or any headset I've ever seen) there isn't an internal memory. So no still :/

im no frankp but i own the previous models and these versions hes showcasing are literally better in every single way would recommend the new model as it is a better version of the old model for the same price

@@white8oy782 Really, really good. I actually bought the standard 'G PRO' which is much cheaper, same design but doesn't have the surround sound 7.1 and Blue mic software. Sound is already great, mic is OK but I don't use it, have a external studio mic

Logitech still havent found a way to make the headband cushion removable for cleaning, also the problem with fake leather is that eventually its going to start peeling off the cloth behind it. But other than that this looks like a solid product. PS. also worth mentioning that the Pro X has absolutely the WORST microphonics issue that ive ever experienced with the 3.5mm audio cable, ie: if the cable if rubbing against your clothes, youre gonna be able to hear that rubbing in your left earphone

The mic sounds like it's still really missing a lot of low end that cardioid would pick up. Gives the mic a kind of 'tinny' feeling to it. Still a lot better than most headset mics but I don't know if I'd call it "good" when side by side proper condenser cardiods

Pretty similar. In my opinion the Hyperx is more comfortable, though the mic is louder on the Logitech

how would you rate the audio quality of the headset in terms of getting a competitive edge in FPS title games? would you say they're better than the Steelseries arctis pro with game dac? Also would you personally pair this headset with the Astro MixAmp Pro?

Pretty awesome. I'm currently rocking the G Pro so obviously it's not really worth it to buy these, BUT if these ever break I'm definitely movin up to the X.

Great review and I now purchased this headset because of your review and a friend of mine recommended this headset to me! It's very nice and comfortable and has great sound, but the best part in my opinion is that it doesn't give me a headache after wearing it. I'm so glad I got it and I'm so happy with it!👍

@@KurumiXIII awesome! I'm glad that tip was helpful and I still use this headset usually at least once a week. I have gotten a few headaches after wearing it for several hours but It could be from playing games all day and then using it on top of several hours of gaming.

crqmson same happened to me, try uninstalling G Hub and re-installing. After, restart your pc and it could potentially work. For some this will fix it for some it still won't work, luckily it did for me and I hope it does for you! A lot of people are having this issue, the problem is on Logitech's part, G Hub isn't the best software out.

I've bought this and I highly recommend this the mic is just perfect with tuning it in the simple g hub app it's pricy but it's a bundle of a good mic and a good headset surround sound is awesome

Kristen G Hey I would recommend to get a headset from HyperX personally I find my HyperX products much better in quality and such and personally for headsets I would recommend the HyperX Cloud Pro for wired headsets and I would recommend the HyperX Stinger Wireless for a wireless headset

With Blue voice turned most of the presets gave you a really congested sound.

You could see on the settings it's cos he spiked up the bass, dipped the mids pretty much all the way, then spiked up the highs on the voice eq. Not sure why but seeing that it makes sense.

the issue i have on that headset is the build in inline roller faider thing, i accidentally lower the volume and i though i was getting deaf.... the inline volume controll kind a to loose or easy to roll or adjusted by accudentally. it will better if they add like bypass switch on that adjuster to turn off that inline volume or turn it on for finer volume controll.
