This backup thing didnt work. now all my settings are gone. Is there a way to copy the profiles I made from a backup? Im on a Mac so I`d be looking for some Finder folders.

Does anyone know how to factory reset the MX Keys keybord? Or delete / change the Easy Switch options? I sold my old MacBook Pro and want to delete it form my profile so I can add my new MacBook Pro. Thanks for your help :))

Hey Emanuel, I believe what you would want to do is reset the Bluetooth on the keyboard to your new MacBook Pro (I'm jealous 🤣) and then you could then pair it with no issues. If that doesn't work then I'm not too sure. Let me know if this helps ☺️

In our Zoom sessions, using our old Mac Mini (2011), the Logitech audio works..& we can see AND hear others in the Zoom, but the video of ourselves only works intermittently now (ie: neither we nor our partners can see us). Neither does our Photo Booth show a picture. Can I fix this?

Do you know how to import settings from MX master 2 to MX master 3? It seems to me that restoring from profile feature only works if you are importing settings from the same model but not from different generations.

@@CaioAragon hahah same 🤣 I use mine in Premiere and also in Excel. It helps a lot creating shortcuts. If you are using any cool shortcuts let me know 👍 Have fun editing Caio!

@@BrotherBrown I changed the thumb default bottoms to Cmd + C and Cmd + V. Made my life much easier. What about you?

@@CaioAragon I'm using the forward button as 5 gestures, clicking it is forward. And then I use the rest for up,down, left,right. It comes in really handy!

hello Caio!! thanks for your tutorial , i got an issue, after i click on restore settings and select de last saved setting an acceppt the restoration i got this message: "Backup process looks successful, but the restore is not possible" did you know how to solve it?

Hey Ivan, I have not ran into that before. Can you try to save your settings again? Maybe something broke when doing it the first time?????

thank you, worked like a charm. can you copy it as a file too? I do not have my other PC connected to the internet so logging in may be a problem...

Hey Ziga, I have no idea. I have not tried it before without internet. For a normal user I don't think that is going to be easy to figure out. I think they want you to create an account unfortunately. Any chance you can connect your PC to the internet for a short period of time?

Unfortunately you need the app to use the functionality. You could try to make a ticket to get your work to download it for you

But do you know how to copy the application settings from one mouse to another mouse? This should be so intuitive and cannot find it anywhere.

I don’t think they have that feature yet. Unless you use the same restore settings from one mouse account to another!

@@BrotherBrown True, they don't. How is it possible, you stay loyal to the brand and buy a new product and don't have such a needed feature like this. I have lot of settings for multiple applications. Need to reset one by one again... That's crazy.
