Greetings and welcome back to Mediocre Minis!
Today we are looking at Loki from an expansion to the game Marvel Crisis Protocol.
This mini has an awesome pose, spell effects, and a staff similar to the one from the first Avengers film. No mind stone sadly.
For painting Loki I mostly use layering techniques to achieve the highlights across the mini.
