I remember during a after game interview when Zeka, he mention something about not knowing that Yasuo ult will target based on cursor placement even though he was known for playing melee mids. The fact that people were being rude to streamers and casters who didn't know about the Sej E and expecting pro players to know everything is so dumb.

I wouldn't say Baus is a nobody, maybe comparing to Doublelift but then again that is a different region and timeline all together. Baus gets solid 15-20k viewers when he streams, he has unique playstyle where he trades his death for tempo and macro. Before i thought that there was some gimmick and that is no way to play league or to inspire someone to play his playstyle.. But when he went to Korea and climbed to Challenger with his playstyle i realised the man is a beast.

He is doing "well" in Soloq but as soon he gets into a competetive Team setting where the opponents play around his playstyle you see how bad his play actually is. Also the best quality about Bauss in soloq is his mental and that he always try to be as useful as possible even after inting 10 times. If every player had his mental resilience than the rest of his qualities wouldnt be enough to get master elo. Bauss is legit a meme and hes owning that and profiting from it which is awesome for him but pretending he isnt a meme is just Giga-cope.

On the topic of fringe mechanics, i remember seeing a tiktok of tian probably finding out that there is missing health execute damage on the second q of lee sin. Thus being very surprised by the fact that q e q does more dmg than q q e. And this is the guy that shit on peak g2 at worlds finals using lee sin. The whole jankos dom debate is peak reddit bullshit

So many players operate purely on feel and don't actually know what things do. This has been proven time and time again by itemization in game, where buying antiheal is priorotized into teams with no built in healing, and armor pen is ignored into tanks where it would win the game to pick it up.

The Raycon everyday earbuds are really not that good, the sound quality is pretty poor, they don't fit that well in your ear, one of my earbuds is louder than the other one and there is literally no way to change it, the right ear is like 60% quieter than the left ear for no reason at all, and there's no app to be able to customize the sound profile like a lot of other good ear buds. I bought a pair to support the show but I actually prefer my $40 tozo earbuds that I got off of Amazon 😬

You also have to tap the button twice to pause it rather than just once like every other earbud I've ever used. And there is no way to customize what the buttons do, so half the time when I'm trying to pause whatever I'm listening to because my wife walked in, I end up turning the volume up instead and have to pull out my phone rather than using the button. It is just really poorly designed compared to much cheaper earbuds in my opinion. Sorry to be the downer

People calling Chovy the LCK GOAT after 3 good years in 3 super teams lmao. Faker has won 5 LCk While Chovy was actively playing in the LCK and 3 of them are against Chovy himself, all while in the years when Chovy is supposed to be the best and Faker is in his end of career. Also Monte and Thorin like to act like they have good memory but they have no recollection of the BLG series where Chovy fucking ghosted for 3.5 games AND DORAN carried game 3 and game 4 was brought back by peanut and Doran which Chovy did help win towards the end. Not to mention he atrocious MSI that year

Dplus does show signs of life and they do seem poised to be at minimum 3rd if not 2nd this split. It's interesting how Dplus is considered potentially GenG's hardest match up for LCK so it'll be interesting to see if they can snag a series after Gen G's hangover of EWC. Really their biggest worry otherwise is whether they can clutch out a series against T1. They match up well into everyone else otherwise.

Rogue is so finished they don't have identity nor they have fans. They sucessfully amputated their star filled team and put a unmovable plastic implants. They are like amputee. Another thing Infinity Reality owners of Rogue made the biggest mistake when they merged with KOI and left the Polish scene simultanously they kicked out the last Polish player from the roster. Successful esport suicide. Now they are zombie amputee, because you know zombies are actually kinda scary, amputees can't move tho and that comparisom brilliantly explain what Rogue has become

AP junglers really are just insane at the moment. I'm absolutely not a mage player but my friend at the moment is spamming Naafiri mid and I just pick Brand to pair with it every game, buy 1 item and proceed to just burn the jungle and entire enemy team to death without even really knowing how to play him. I'm usually the engage Sejuani, Lee Sin, etc. type player there is zero reason I should be able to had success on a mage jungler but it's just so overtuned at the moment it doesn't matter.

I do think it's reasonable to judge the people taking the EWC money based on how much they need it. For example, I don't blame Quichshot for taking the hosting gig. He's been out of League esports basically unable to get any gig ever since he's been booted from LEC for stupid reasons. He has a wife and the desire to have kids in the near future. He's genuinely passionate about esports and can't hide how excited he is to host the tournament but I think it's ridiculous that some people put him in the same category as Giniiro who has a very well paying stable job, can get any gig in any esport and does so just to spend it all on luxury handbags and flex on her followers while staying silent on the EWC stuff. I'm not saying Quickshot should be completely exempt from blame but the "not surprised after the Hitler salute" type comments really disgust me, although there's some truth to them in the sense that he already stained his image he might as well take whatever job he can get.

If Riot don't want to spend on esports anymore, they should just let independent organizers do it and take a small share of the revenue in exchange for letting them run tournaments with the game. League might not stay the biggest esport, but I'm sure it could be done in a healthy manner.

Dom didn't "condifently claim" Jankos is a noob sejuani, it was clearly just an attempt to ridicule the quality of match, he was totally out of it at that point. That being said, Dom and Gilius are both jungle mains actively playing at the highest level in soloq for the past 12+ years non stop, they really should know how Sej ult works, but I give them a pass on the basis that they probably weren't fully paying attention to the game at that point.

The LEC 3 split format is just dog shit. Teams dont have a room to breath and actually practice anything because every game is so important so imo they just grind op picks each patch and hope for the best. It is shitty and not at all interesting all these slow ass bo1s. Why have a league system at all with this format. Just make a week long tournament and let even erl teams participate and call it European circuit or some shit. Or if we have a league do like a 20 teams league, incorporate again few ERL teams, play bo3s every day online with a weekend stage game like 1 or 2 per season for each team. At that point who cares that 12 teams are shit, same 8 would make playoffs just as now but they would remove the insane amount of variance and it would actually be the 8 teams with best fundamentals in playoffs instead of being decided by who met g2 in their happy phase or threw one single baron.

Most of the issues with the format could easily be fixed with better scheduling and more roadshows. The problem with LEC isn't the format. It's the dogshit teams, dogshit casters, studio games only all year long and the insufferable MAD/KC fans. Edit: Also the dog shit production holy fk can we stop with the pauses/delays.

Referring to 2:36:35 There are rules in place that are supposed to prevent teams from just outspending everyone else by offering infinite money to all the best players. If a great player then intentionally takes less money than they could get just for the purpose of the team having more budget left over to invest into other great players it is indeed cheating under the spirit of the rule. Because you are, in effect, doing the exact thing the rule is meant to prevent simply by shuffling money around. Of course you can believe that rule shouldn't exist and teams should be able to spend what they want and have. But as long as it does it makes you a cheater if you intentionally circumvent it. Technically, that would also make people like Perkz cheaters for behind-the-scenes enticing players to join his team, given Riots rules about poaching.

IF i was Riot i'd have revoked Co-stream license from ALL streamers who boycott EWC , people are beliving they are so morally righteous but the fact is that it's your JOB to cover all League content and if u wanna keep having acces to Co-streaming in the future and KEEP YOUR JOB you simply gotta swallow ur pride and do the right thing. Streamers think they are on the morally high ground but the fact that the US has comitted 1000x more and far worse atrocities like Genocide in Iraq, Afghanistan, Vietnam and many other places means that any content coming out of the US should be boycotted aswell. Then you gotta boycott most EU countries aswell cause we've waged war and comitted atrocities aswell, Hitlet aka germany where LEC is hosted stands for one of the worst genocides in history of mankind.
