More very lovely stuff again man 👌 Love the shot at 7:47, the light hitting that big wooden garage door is very intriguing, I wonder is there an old car inside 🤔 Also the shot on Lomo at 8:36 is just a beauty, love the composition and those colours. Omlette du fromage part 2 :D Every shot you took looks like its out of a fairy tale book or something like that. I bookmarked Amiens for later. :D 5:53 liked that one. I also shoot every cliché that I come across I really don't care. I like Ektar more but lomo 400 looks pretty good too. lol

I will give them all my money for Ektar always, that's how much I love it. 🤣 But Lomo has been a very good contender recently, I'm happy I found a 400 alternative to portra! Thank you Daniel! I'm keen to share omlette du fromage pt 3 very soon!

I know nothing about photography really but I completely agreed with you on the shadows and colours. Found the Lomo to be a lot darker when it came to shadows but the colours are so vibrant. I think there are pros and cons to both films but would probably go with Lomo as it’s cheaper and similar enough to still create beautiful photos. Wonderful photos you’ve taken by the way ❤️

That maaaaayyy have something to do with the different times I shot both the films (the darker look) but in general I also kinda was leaning towards the Lomo. Thanks for watching fam! See you so very soon!

Awesome video as always man!! I’ve got to get back to France again some day. I think my favorite shot you got was the one of the little cart at 5:44 but I like the Lomo one better! I still really need to try Lomo’s regular color negative stocks. I’ve hardly ever shot Portra especially in medium format simply because of the price. And thanks so much for the shout out! I’m glad you enjoyed the photography clichés video so much! That Dino was clean. Long live the gibbons!!

Meet me here next year and let's go on a full France road trip! I also dig the shot of the cart, very French-but I literally had to wait in line to get that shot without any tourists in the frame 🤣 and yeah man Portra is just rich people film these days omg. Thanks for the inspiration!

I think I mentioned this in one of your last videos, but I definitely prefer Lomo 400 and Gold 200 over Portra 400. There's a few shops here in Portugal that sell Lomo from 100 to 800 at a really afforadable price and I just prefer the contrast and tonality of Lomo 400. As you mentioned, if needed, you can always bring up the shadow details in post. Well done mate 👊

I didn't know it was cheap in Portugal! I literally can't wait to visit there, man. It's only going to be in 2023 unfortunately, but when I come through I'll def hit you up to show me some sweet spots. Couldn't agree with you more about Lomo!

Great video man, Its been years since i tried Lomo 400, probably I didn't love to much the pictures that came out of that roll, should give it a chance. Prefer the lomo pictures because I thing the lighting was great! Hope you get to travel to Italy, if you pass near Turin come and say Hi!

Thank you so much Frederico! Italy is definitely on the list for next year. And yeah I think a big part of why I prefer the Lomo is the lighting as well. Was just getting into golden hour. A more accurate test is definitely on the list when I get another back for the Mamiya.

Ha ha ha! I didn't even think of this until you said it 🤣 That's one thing I've noticed in France-nothing but Peugeots, Renos and Citroens! Elon will have to rebrand to Le Tesla if he's going to break into the French market.
