On 7th November 2022, we held our annual London Youth Awards! We welcomed over 250 youth professionals, young Londoners, funders, politicians and key sector figures to Conway Hall. It was the first in-person ceremony we had held since before the pandemic began.
The London Youth Awards are a unique date in the capital's calendar dedicated to celebrating youth work and the people who make it happen.
We are London Youth, a charity on a mission to improve the lives of young people in London, challenging them to become the best they can. Young people need opportunities outside school to have fun with their friends, to learn new skills, to make a positive change in their communities and to shape the city they live in.
Last year we worked with over 17,500 young people through our sports development, employability, youth action and involvement, arts and outdoor education programmes. Our member network supported over 575,000 young Londoners.
Together, we give young people access to opportunities they wouldn’t otherwise have.
