Today Maria is making strawberry jam and a berry pie that her sister brought her. Maria lives alone in the Ukrainian mountains of the Carpathians, today for the first time in a long time guests came to her.

I love watching this woman. Everything she does is meaningful. She pauses to view her beautiful surroundings, she cuts fresh flowers, she knits, takes wonderful care of her animals and she is a boss in the kitchen. I have a feeling that she is going to live a long, healthy, prosperous life.

I agree, but what impresses me the most is how she is working with the two fruits that stain cloth more than any other, without wearing an apron over her white clothes.

I get lonesome of my Son when I watch your Video, I was raised on the kind of Foods you do cook! Ayi hai. I am from Canada, we now have many more Ukrainians in Canada, I am married to a part Ukraine/Polish/Cree Woman, she was born in Canada, their family came to Can in early 1900s and settled in Alberta. These days many of your people have moved here, and I do feel for them for leaving.. seeing the beauty they left, moreover, my Son died in the Special Operation with RUSSki on Sept 18 2023, he was only 23 years old to help defend your's and his ancestors... Forever, our love for Ukraine is now ingrained in our memory thanks to our Son Yellow-Calf Cardinal (not his real name), Slava Ukrani

Правда говорит в любом народе следующее. Быстрая хозяйка все успеет. И мало устанет. Молодчинка Мария. Все скоро споро отлажено и ловко в руках. Пирог шик. Обязательно попробую такое тесто, а на, инку можно любую. У нас на Алтае тоже много клубники как садовой так и полевой. И вишня выведены сорта классные. Крупная и сладкая. Спасибо оператору, что так хорошо снимает видео. Дьякую всех за приятный просмотр. Отдых для души.

@@user-uh7nm2ff8k мне кажется, что на один кг клубники, грамм восемьсот сахара, я бы в таком случае взяла бы кило на кило, и варенье никогда не делаю под закатку, только стерелизую банки и под капроновые крышки, сверху чуть присыпаю сахарным песком и обязательно при варке любого варенья снимаю пенку. С уважением.
