Everyone talks about this method but nobody says how this really works!!! You watch videos and all of a sudden you ferl better,??!!!

Hi Martina - definitely NOT!!! That would be some kind of magic, right!? No, it's about converting the education into daily action, which is why the program includes a virtual coaching component. In fact, that is the most important component - action, and refinements or details in what we do. So I have seen many people who know 70% of what's in the program but go from one strategy to the next instead of a comprehensive approach, or they are missing some key distinctions in what they are doing. When they adjust by following the program, they start to make recovery progress. If you check out the free intro lessons, hopefully it will make more sense why this is the case.

Thank you Dr Dan. I appreciate your videos. I think I have to buy your book as supportion for you. One thing I wish on your videos, may you turn on CC sub your videos Because some videos your already on some not as foreigners it’s kind of hard for me understand, some scholarly vocabulary I don’t get it. Thank you for your help.

Hi Ivan - unfortunately we haven't found the time to release more interviews and testimonials since the complications from my appendicitis - trying to come back up to speed. The program is going well and we hope to extend it later this year.
