ഞാൻ 2നേരം കഴിക്കും രാവിലെ, ഉച്ചക്ക്. വളരെ കുറവ് ആണ് കഴിക്കുന്നത്. വെള്ളം നന്നായി കുടിക്കും. Workout ചെയ്യും 2 1/2മണിക്കൂർ രാവിലെ വൈകിട്ട് വെയിറ്റ് എത്ര കുറഞ്ഞു എന്ന് അറിയില്ല 1 മാസം ആയി പക്ഷ dress ലൂസ് ആയി വയറും കുറഞ്ഞു ഗൂഗിൾ, യുട്യൂബിൽ okke നോക്കിയാണ് time food &workout, ഉറക്കം 9മണിക്ക് ഉറങ്ങും 5am എഴുന്നേൽക്കും നല്ല മാറ്റം ഒണ്ട് നല്ല ആന്മവിശ്യാസം ഒണ്ട് റാഗി ആണ് ഞാനും കൂടുതൽ കഴിക്കുന്നത്. ആരോഗ്യം അല്ലെ വലുത്
