Dr Jacob may pls do a research on the impact of consuming Emmer Wheat, this wheat has "Zero Gluten" This is highly recommend for diabetic patients.

No, Emmer / khapli is not gluten free grain. Its is an ancient Wheat variety with comparatively low gluten content..
