For the price I don't understand why people complain, if you want a full service airline then pay the extra, if not don't complain.

Flying with Raynair many years over Europe, never had any flight complaints including landing! Quality of personnel and most important Pilots are on very high level!

Thank you for this report. That was definitely a long flight for Ryanair! The cabin crew sounds very tired when making announcements, and I can certainly understand why.

Great video. I love little airports like Modlin. I live in the US and there are not many of those around me. My wife and i are set to take our 1st ryanair flight in a couple weeks to Tenerife. I am looking forward to it. I remember growing up not using jet bridge and boarding thru the airplane step. That is the main reason i booked ryanair so i can board the plane like that again. LOL. Well If they do not change it to a Max. our return flight was changed to a Max and i have already made a reservation on another carrier to avoid it. I trust Ryanair just not the Max. If they change the outbound to a Max then i will not be flying Ryanair. especially with several current and former Boeing execs and engineers saying the avoid the Max at all costs. No way and heck i am getting on a plane that people that work for the manufacturer will not fly on. So fingers crossed they leave a regular 737 and no Max.

The passengers are at fault for any problems on that flight totally ignorant

Have you been on Austrian, Lufthansa, Tap lately? Crappy pitch on their narrow body fleet. Don't like them, do t fly them. There are plenty of options.

Why are you describing Ryanair as the worst airline in Europe? Looked to me that you got a terrific deal!

Worst airline?. According to who?. Ryanair transports more passengers than anyone else, being the biggest one in Europe. 160 m passengers flew Ryanair last year with any serious problem. I wouldn’t call that “the worst”.

Not the worst European airline although they try very hard to be but definitely the one with the most cynical upper management. Low cost airlines can have good customer service as Jet2 have proved
