Lonicera from Bush to Beauty

7 ай бұрынIn this episode we celebrate the end of a great bonsai year with the students working together on a beautiful Lonicera collected in Norway two years earlier . The priority is to build a good structure and create a tree look from an initial bush look. This species is under rated but is great as deciduous bonsai with beautiful white flowers in Spring . honeysuckles are everwhere in ohio but are not used much but for me. they have amazing hard wood with nice deadwood on older trees.

You don’t see this species used often . I have tons of them in the forest behind the house and have collected a few great trees !

Che specie di Lonicera è? Xylosteum? Se sì, bella fioritura anche se breve, seguita da splendide bacche rosse a coppie...
