LOOK INSIDE a v3 Tesla Supercharger!

Күн бұрынI came across a damaged Tesla supercharger stall, so I pulled over and took a look inside. Perhaps you can identify some of the things inside? I could see the copper or aluminum wires, some cooling fans, coolant lines, and small radiator units. The logo was illuminated but I could not test if it was actually functional. This is the newest 250 kW v3 Supercharger.

The coolant pump is literally the same pump they use on the legacy Model S/X (perhaps others). I had to replace one of the pumps on my legacy Model S not long ago, and its that pump down to the rubber isolater it in.

Wow, the thing at 0:53 is an inline heater. They must heat the cable coolant in the winter, perhaps to prevent freezing or improve cable flexibility.

Ha ha well I don't know who did it but if I was going to damage the thing I would have unbolted it and taken it home as a garage decoration LOL

Looks like a typical cooling / radiator system. I don’t think you know how cooling systems work cause it’s fine.
