@@steveh1515 even as a kid I recognized the cruelty of forcing animals to perform in circuses. If you look more closely you will see the man in the black shirt carrying a bullhook, the weapon used to beat the elephants into submission. Don't be a fool, this is animal cruelty.

Can we stop being sensitive and crying about elephants doing a trick. Everyone became such drama queens and crybabies these days. Next movement let's stop people from riding horses and pulling the Amish around. Poor horses backs and legs have to hurt. I think it's just cruel go ride a bike or buy a car people. The world has absolutely became soft anymore we are screwed

You have a point. But also...stop being a curmudgeon, this is a circus, animal cruelty and neglect is a running theme in almost EVERY circus new and old. Elephants are either captured and sold or born in captivity, separated from their mothers and herd abused and deprived of necessities, forced to do tricks for OUR amusement for a short period of time, only to be locked back into a small cage afterwards until the next performance without any reward for what they just did or went through, and if the animal SOMEHOW- by the grace of God- are "rescued", they're either put into a zoo or put down because they can't be released back into the wild where they were stolen from in the first place. A circus is a place that turns Animals into slaves for our own twisted amusement. Have you NEVER thought about what a circus does to make the animals perform?
