This loop band workout is broken up into three circuits. In each circuit, you'll do three exercises, back to back, for 30 seconds each. Rest 30 seconds then repeat. In circuits 1 & 3, you'll complete three sets of the circuit. In circuit 2, you'll complete four sets, alternating between right and left.
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN
Circuit 1

-Alternating Curtsy Lunge with Bent Raise
-Squat Hold Pull x2, Overhead Raise
-Squat Slams with Calf Raise
Circuit 2

-Triceps Kickback - Bend-Stretch in Lunge
-Deadlift Tap + Row
-Split Lunge Row Knee Drive
Circuit 3

-Boat Alternating High Rows
-Hollow Crunch

Yay, loved it!! 💖😍 This morning was an all-Nicole workout for me! First I did your Bodyweight No-Noise workout, then your 10- minute Plank Challenge, then this one. It all added up to an awesome, 1-hr workout that left me sweaty and thoroughly worked out all over! 👍💪😄 Anybody else piece together several workouts to get a complete hour, or more? I love doing that! Then I do my own cooldown and stretching at the end.

I really appreciate your explanations. I realized that I've been doing the leg dead lift wrong lifting from my lower back. Today I paid attention and I actually lifted using the gluteos muscle and oh boy I could feel it.

Love your videos -- especially the careful alignment cuing! I'm curious if you have any insight into why my hips crack/pop when I bring the moving leg back to neutral in the Slow Mountain Climbers?
