We were delighted to welcome the renowned employment lawyer, Lord John Hendy to deliver the Distinguished Guest Lecture in Employment Law 2022. His topic was 'Collective Bargaining and the Law' but in the light of the recent issues encountered by staff at P&O Ferries he dedicated a great deal of the lecture to their predicament. His insights are invaluable and lead to a great deal of discussion at the reception afterwards amongst the audience of Diploma in Employment Law students and graduates and many leading practitioners in the area.
