Love the videos, it's so easy to get lost in the sauce of quests and loot, and not understand the storyline at all. Watched all the videos, and WoW has more weight to me storyline wise now. For a long time I was Warcraft 3 or bust in terms of where the story ended, and been frustrated with how it continued with WoW, instead of another RTS. This is a thoughtful and well organized straight to the point breakdown.

is it me or is it pretty much just handwaved that doomlord Kazzak re-opened the dark portal? how did he do that? what items did he use? how did he get his hands on those.... seems nitpicky, but so far the lore has been very detailed and consistent with the portal thing, often needing specific things like the book of medivh, the eye of sargeras, skull of gul'dan and in legion the scepter of sargeras. not just to open them but even to close them. yeah, the portal was closed for a bit of time but it seems a bit off looking back at he lore like this that kadhgar and his troupe went to such efforts to close the portal from draenor's side - pretty much sacrificing themselves only for this pesky little random-ass doomlord to pop out of nowhere (but was totally just next to that portal for all that time doing nothing trust us guys) and to tear the portal back open when the plot demands it. maybe thinking about this and being bothered by it is pretty damned stupid to begin with because kaelthas and illidan seem to have no problem hopping back and forth between azeroth and draenor around the third war era when it suits them despite the dark portal supposedly still being closed and making a new one should be almost impossible without very powerful being works together on both ends ...

I really liked the video especially how you explain the story with cards , but when u end it with "have a good one and take it easy" it didn't sound good at all. consider something else please.

I like Warcraft lore but I really wish they didn't recycle ideas and places so much. I know this isn't a new thing with the Warcraft storylines but it makes it very hard to recount events or even follow along. All throughout the history they mention "THE well of eternity" and "THE world tree" that always seem to be at risk of and/or being destroyed yet they never seem to run out of them... It's even the same with the worlds themselves like how many versions of "Draenor" do we need? The obvious one is how no one ever seems to actually die too. They've always got some way of explaining away a situation where someone was previously dead and it just gets tiring. It's hard to be impacted by the death of a character when you just KNOW they will be back in the next expansion. The infighting between races / factions is hard to understand too. You expect the "Alliance" to actually be allied with eachother, and the "Horde" to be one big swarm / hivemind. I kind of wish they would reboot it but it would just end up terrible so idk why I even said that. Oh and don't get me started on the villains. How many times are they going to do the Wizard of Oz "pulling the curtain back" trick on the main antagonist like for real it's comical at this point.

WoW has some great lore but blizzard is awful at telling the story. Played WoW for 10+ years and 99% of the time I have no idea whats happening story wise. The game would be 10x more enthralling if they told the story like FF14 does

Great video but you fucked up pronounciation of draenei, draenor and everything related to them. Well except Exodar

So many people pronounce it 'dray-nigh' and 'dray-nore' when everytime its mentioned during a voice-acted in-game moment, in both warcraft 3 and world of warcraft its pronounced 'dra-nigh' and 'dra-nore'.

Failed to mention any of the dungeons, raids, etc. This is like the story of BC if you have no interest in WoW the game.

Worst expansion to date, literally everything about it is awful. Outlands, the questing, the story, the dungeons and raids, ect.
