😭😭😭😭😭😭😭I cried like a child, this lady was such a part of my childhood. My daddy and I watched coal miner's daughter together since it came out on VHS. I was already listening to her music from the time I can remember. This ONE really hurt to hear! I am so grateful I FINALLY got to see her in concert, my daddy bought us all tickets and we went as a family. I ended up on the floor right up at the stage holding my toddler in my laps and she was so cute in her little pig tails and Mrs Loretta kept waving at her and smiling at her and at the end said how precious she was. That was a one of a kind moment that I will never forget. I lost my daddy in 2016. And this feels like another piece of my childhood died with her today. I am thankful she is finally at peace. She is in the huge concert hall in the sky, I bet it sounded even more beautiful today as she joined in. I was saying to my husband not long ago how bad I wanted to see Hurricane Mills 😭With out her it just wont be the same even if I got to visit now. It would probably feel so empty there now, makes me think of her lyrics of her own home in kentucky "nothing left but the floor, no one lives here anymore." 😭😭😭

@@shellyshadow73 Its a really hard day, today I lost my mother 16 years ago today, and then tomorrow both my grandmothers died just different years. My mother was only 52 when she passed away. And I turned 52 exactly 9 days ago. Puts things into perspective. And Loretta seemed like she was just so down to earth. Or that is how she even seemed in concert. Something special about her soul. I had a dream with her in it the other day it was so interesting.

My heart literally broke into a million pieces when I heard we had lost this one. She has been and forever will be 1 of my most favorites simply because she was a real one! She said what she wanted to say and didn't sugarcoat it and that's how it should be. She was 1 of the absolute greatest. I remember showing her to my little one who at the time was in a princess phase, when she seen Loretta in her beautiful dress, it was purple dress, my baby girl gasp and said, "Oh my goodness she's beautiful! I want a purple dress like hers! Is she a princess too Mommy?" I said, "No baby she's not a princess, she's a queen" I immediately ordered my little princess a purple dress that looked as close as I could get it to the one Loretta was wearing. When it came and I let her open it the look on her face was EVERYTHING! She would put her purple Loretta dress on, get her little guitar, get on top of our coffee table, play her guitar and sing her lil heart out. I will never ever forget that and I will never ever forget you Loretta. Rest Easy In Paradise Beautiful Queen! 💜

The struggle is not there for others in music they don't know what it's like to grow up with 1 bed and 8 bodies they don't know what it's like to have 1 pair of shoes a year that dad had to kill there last hog for . They do not know what keeping alive is like and see did then they got lost in the game and forgot that old life and grew weak and glutinous . We have to look to those of 40 + years for real . What about when there all gone and we keep craving real in a fake world ?

I was walking across Nob Hill in San Francisco one afternoon. There was a bus parked out front of the Masonic Auditorium, which isn't unusual. But when I got up to it I saw "Loretta Lynn" on the side. I asked the driver why Loretta's bus was there and he said she was performing that night. I immediately went to the box office and bought a ticket. I've only been to a few concerts. I've been pretty poor most of my life and concerts seemed like too much of a luxury, but I'd never forgive myself if I passed up on the chance to see Loretta. I hung out two hours until the concert started. She was fantastic. Nothing electronic needed to enhance Loretta's voice. Buck Owens was there also. I had a friend in high school who's Dad was a Buckeroo and she was named Loretta. It was fantastic. She is rich AF but still tours to play for her fans. Love you Loretta.

it's a shame that modern country singers have strayed so far from the genre's roots. the only singers that stayed true to the genre are the ones that have been in the genre for so long that they're somewhere between their mid 50's to their early 80's. it's sad to think that there are so few artists staying true to the genre. god bless you Willie and Loretta. keep on keeping it country.

Loretta, it was patsy cline u and dolly for me my entire childhood. I sing on starmaker everyday. I wanted to be a singer but I joined the military instead. I am rainbowgirl on starmaker. Ur singing is divine. I wanted to see dolly live once but I wanted to meet her in person. I am a veteran with severe ptsd. I am deemed incapacitated for life. But I can sing. I learned how to sing from Patsy u loretta and Dolly. Ur 3 r my teachers since I was 5 yrs old. I love all of u. I sing pretty much everything. When u learn from the best , skies the limit.

Yeah except one of those bottles has cursed our President and he serves satan. I want no part of such bourbon because it will corrupt the soul and have you burning in hell. There WILL be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Don't cry for mercy when your flesh begins to boil off your bones. Drink your bourbon instead and take you punishment. Willie Nelson has made it clear that he endorses men sucking one another's dicks and he has no respect for God! Do you also?

@@thomasalan6825 That judgement is for God to decide, not us. We all have fallen short of God's perfect glory. Do not condemn those who believe differently from you. We are commanded to LOVE our neighbors to draw them closer to Christ, even if they are in sin. James 4:11: "Brothers, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against his brother or judges him speaks against the Law and judges it. And if you judge the Law, you are not a practitioner of the Law, but a judge of it.
