I think it's hilarious that she played Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz. It shows she has a sense of absurd humor like her Mom Judy.

Bless her that she didn't understand pantomime conventions! Pantomime is such a uniquely British concept!

Lorna can be a bit much at times. When your mother is the greatest entertainer that ever lived everyone knows who your mother is for gosh sakes. I'm quite sure being Judy's daughter did hurt your chances of getting a role in of all things the "WIZARD OF OZ" HER most famous role. I don't care why you got the part, as long as you work hard to do a good job.

I am truly surprised that Judy's kids don't have a problem with Sid Luft. He ripped her off big time-consuming. She made millions while she was married to Sid. And she was broke, and he was wealthy. Pretty smelly to me.

That was an issue I had with Lorna’s memoir. She painted Sid like a saint. Probably because he was still around when the book came out. From what I understand she now knows he was responsible for Judy’s financial problems
