100% most if not all fashion heritage brands compromise on quality when het swallowed up by big companies or going public, the founder/founding family no longer have influence on the brand. Its good that its still managed by the family.

BC clothing is like nothing else no one can beat but when it comes to loafers loro is remarkable, if i have enough money i’ll wear BC clothing and loro shoes. Amazing

Brunello cucinelli is only made in Solomeo. You know is coming out from that one factory. While Loro is high quality I have no idea where is made in Italy

Went shopping with my dad in Geneve and saw BC, the quality is very high and the aesthetics are classic and simple .

1. Loro Piana is the no 1 brand of Vladimir Putin. 2. Brunello Cucinelli is the ethical brand with local production with great working conditions, donating a lot into local schools, old muniincipal buildings and the local culture. You choose which brand you prefer. I know my choice.

Loro Piana is an brand of LVMH Group, Brunello cucinelli is an independent brand (Family Cucinelli). Brunello cucinelli is better.
