Join us as we tell you about the history of Lossiemouth's harbour and marina and take a walk across the brand new footbridge that links the Esplanade to Lossie's East Beach.
We also take a look at the history of the area's railway and pop across to Lossie's West Beach too.
Lossiemouth is one of our most favourite places and you'll often find us there on a day off - even in the middle of winter, it's a wonderful place to go!

😄Great video there Ellie & Martin. That rickety old bridge looks a bit unsafe but having to wait 3 years for a new one 🙈 It looks fantastic there the old bridge has a feel to it! Sad story about the boats being lost. Yessssss I just love to see you having a paddle looks wonderful. I could stay on a beach all day. It looks so pretty there. Love the memorial for the lost souls. Great info as always guys, thank you so much for sharing with us. X💕

Gosh three years to wait for a replacement bridge is unfair, we have Councils here that drag their heels on important matters that really affect locals. Glad you got footage of the old bridge for posterity! Awesome bridge twirl. Wonderful choice of music and narration! Have a great week guys ♥️♥️

Ha ha! It was quite a subtle twirl wasn't it! Not like my first blatant go at it! Yes, 3 years was a long time to wait, but there is another beach in Lossie and there's the walk around - it's not signposted or very accessible, but maybe we'll do it one day. I'm gonna miss that old bridge, even though it scared me to death to walk across it! Thanks for watching. It means a lot to us. Take care. xx

Hi Ellie and Martin that was a lovely tour , you both are great to watch because you're always happy and smiling so your videos have a feelgood factor and also too I think because your videos feel wholesome and I haven't come across a channel like yours before. Really enjoy your videos. This was a beautiful place and its great you got lovely footage of the two bridges together. That old historic one does look so rickety but beautiful and it must be lovely to walk in the new one after 3 years but like you said, there is the second beach too. I spotted that delicate Elllie Bridge twirl in there too hehe 😀 The marina / harbour was lovely and the beach and dunes too, loved the footage of you paddling and sat down on the beach and I can see why the caravans are always full up. So sad to hear about the boats that got lost in the storm but that was a nice memorial to them. Thanks so much both . Love your channel ❤

Aw, thank you for your kind words! Lossie is the most beautiful place, even in winter. It's just a tonic to go there. Cullen is our second favourite beach around here. Lossie has so much history and we just love it there. Thank you so much for watching. It means a lot to us. We've been making videos for just over a year and only have 22 subscribers, but you're all so very supportive. I had thought of introducing a bit of Doric into our videos (that's the local dialect here) just like you do with Welsh. But Doric spoken with a Gloucester accent is just too weird!
