Is your store a wpn? They can open for patrons but can't send them or mail then fill release day.. I thiz it's lame because the cards that are open on KZfaq makes it harder to pick up singles you like.

Full of hopes and dreams

This video is a little older so you won’t have patrons answering. If you want direct answers, post again in tomorrows vid when it goes live. But I can give you just a few reasons why: - We are a wpn store and do early openings - Patrons have good jobs that require them to travel a lot. They don’t have free nights to just go to their LGS and crack packs. When they do get home, they want to enjoy their time sorting collections of an extremely wide range of sets and relax at home. - Variety of packs - sealed boxes and cases opened on camera, no funny business buying from part boxes -yes our prices are competitive - trade with other patrons before your cards are sent out - buylist directly with us, moving cards with zero risk because they’re already ‘at the store’ - entertainment value of watching your packs be opened in a vid, then you get to open them again once delivered automatically every month That’s just what I can think of off the top of my head while dinner cooks. Every patron has their own reason and as open breaker spots fill in less than 10 minutes, there’s a lot of reasons ;)

Hey Jon, hope you are doing well, thanks for checking in. Personally I feel WOTC are doing a really good job lately at getting new players: Universes Beyond does depart from traditional MTG, but that's the point. It targets a whole new audience. LOTR definitely brought in new players, we hear it almost weekly at the store and it's a good feeling. As far as reprints, they certainly go too far on some of them, but newer players having access to older stuff like Imperial Seal is great. Keeping buildable staples like Doubling Season also affordable to new players keeps players playing. With the backlash on M30 (and rightly so) I think they've learned not to touch the RL. Time will tell of course!
