Hello LOST Fans!
Welcome to "LOST On The Couch", a weekly (for now...) reaction series to the hit 2004 ABC TV show LOST. I (David) have seen the show 7ish times all the way through and my friends (Audrey, Hassan, and Zola) have never seen it before!
I have always wanted to show my friends the experience that is LOST, so I decided I'd stick a camera in their faces and see what they thought of it! I also, with their permission, want to share it with whoever might be interested in watching it again through their eyes. After all, that is the closest us Losties can ever get to watching it again for the first time. ;)
I'm actually a musician and composer, NOT a video editor, so don't expect too much fancy editing, but I very much enjoy this as a hobby.
I sincerely hope you all enjoy these as much as I enjoy making them! Reach out to me in the comments if you have any suggestions, hopes, dreams, theories, advice, whatever. But NO SPOILERS!

I'm not sure why Audrey would think that Kate wouldn't keep Sun's secret. We've seen Kate do some dubious things, but nothing suggests that she can't keep a secret. The only thing that comes close is when she told Jack about Danielle's transmission, but that wasn't someone's personal secret, and it's really something Jack needed to know, since everyone seemed to be treating him as leader of their group from the beginning.

Fun Fact: Friday is my favorite day of the week. You ask why? Maybe it has to do with the new LOST On The Couch episode... Yeah, it has to do with the new LOST On The Couch episode. Also, Boone and Shannon rock. They are not as bad as they seem in the beginning of this show. They grew on me over time. Great work, as always.

Oh my goodness that small scene between Sayid and Jack about the the compass was telling. The seeds of the island's electromagnetic anomaly was planted from the very beginning!! I did not notice this. Before TV shows Game Of Thrones AND Dark moved the goal post of "brother and sister" relationship Lost was the first show to take that risk with exploration of Boone and Shannon's step sibling relationship. LOL 😂

- Hassan is going to hate this episode - Oh never mind, he wants Boone's story. Hmm, am I sensing a turnaround in his feelings? (A little too late but whatever) - I forgot how much Boone's death was foreshadowed throughout the first season - I love how Boone was trying to intimidate Sayid, who could easily take him down in like five seconds - "The sexual tension is uncomfortable" - Audrey summarizing Jack and Kate's early seasons relationship completely - I love Sun and Kate's friendship, they have such a great dynamic - I never noticed how funny this episode is until now. Even Locke made a bunch of jokes - I love Jin's character development so much - I agree with Audrey. I really hate the Shannon/Boone storyline

You might want to tell them that all the characters who knew each other prior to crashing on the island are more or less considered one entity in flashbacks... so Shannon/Boone, Jin/Sun, Michael/Walt, and, well, one coupling they don't know about yet, of course.

Although I agree that many of these could be considered one entity, I do think that Sun flashbacks are quite distinct from Jin flashbacks. Sometimes you get the same scene in both specifically because it plays out differently depending on whose flashback it is.
