Wow this came handy. My problem is my bulb camera has issues with SD card. I've tried a couple of SD cards and it don't work

Have placed the camera outdoor and powered on. I see a blue light on the light bulb. Will the blue light remain ON all the time? Is there a way to switch off using the V380pro app? Thank You

Thank you for this video. I followed every step but when I clicked on my WiFi name it didn't reappear starting with HSC or MVP it just appeared the same. I have tried it several times with no success. That is the only step left for me. What do you think I should do? I tried using the QR code on the carton of the camera but that didn't work too

1. Please what name did your manual say would be the name of the camera's access point? 2. What name appeared ? I would be glad to have the above information so that we can take it from there.

@@Tech_Inside_Out I don't have the manual. The camera has moved from.ine location to another. I wasn't working there when they bought it and moved it. I was told to get it online and given your video to follow. I wasn't given any manual.

No, you would have to keep the camera's hot-spot on if you would have to keep connected to the camera

Sir, can I just remove the TF card without turn off the power supply? I am reluctant to disconnect the power supply because everytime I do that I have to reset the camera. Thanks.

Your recordings still continue onto the sd card even if you turn off your phone from the app. You can access the recordings once you connect back to the camera using your phone

It is only when the camera is not turned on that you would not find the WiFi name or perhaps you need to reset the camera using the reset pin

Please check your user manual if the WiFi names are supposed to start with MCS or MV so as to be sure of the WiFi name to look out for. Alternatively, i will recommend using the QR Code to add the camera to your phone.

Please refer to your camera user manual for the username and password of your camera's hot spot

Please have you checked your manual whether your cameras hotspot name is supposed to start with MV or any other name? It is important to do that to be sure of the name ro look out for. When that is done, please reset the camera after it has initialised using the provided reset pin.
