In 2020, it was 50 years ago that the last ordinary steam train ran at DSB. If it were not for the coronation shutdown, then one would have celebrated it in 2020. But luckily the Railway Museum would host an event the following year. So this weekend the 18th-19th. September 2021, steam days were held at the museum. Several steam locomotives from several clubs participated. Nordsjællands Veterantog, Vestsjællands Veterantog, Sydjyllands Veterantog and Danmarks Jernbanemuseum. Therefore, over the weekend you could see 10 steam locomotives outside, of which 4 were fired. In addition, of course, there were the usual exhibited machines indoors at the museum, so this event was something very special with so many steam locomotives at once.
