I've been putting off redoing my LIs literally since they updated them, it seemed so confusing and I just don't do much combat. Finally caved last night because I wasn't doing enough damage to kill the treasure bugan in a 3-man instance (lol). Your guide was SUPER easy to follow!! Something I have to complain about is the travel back to the room you can get with ancient script. It's single use. Well not a big deal if you can get to Rivendell by some means. I'm still 56,000 AC so need to do every character legendary items still...

Perhaps I missed it but Unidentified Legendary on alts, those can just be vendor-ed, only equipped ones can be converted or (appraised). What about the xp items for those Legendary, what do i do with those. Things like Heritage Runes, and Essences

Note that every time Zollin says “tracer” he meant “word of mastery tracery”. Everything that fills a slot of a new LI is a tracery. Traceries which cannot be doubled-up on have the words “unique use” in their tooltip - as Zollin said, don’t get two of the same “unique use” traceries, even on different LIs if they’re going to be equipped at the same time. They not only won’t combine their effects but you won’t even be able to equip both LIs simultaneously if each has the same “unique use” tracery slotted in. I will disagree with one bit of Zollin’s advice: The only time it really makes sense to get the best traceries or to purchase the best enhancement runes is if you are near the current level cap or you plan to freeze your leveling for a long time with the experience disabler (the “Stone of the Tortoise” for 100 LOTRO Points). Otherwise, if you are leveling, you will soon (or at least eventually) out level those traceries and be replacing them with new ones. That’s why you see traceries at multiple level brackets available for barter. An exception might be if you have one of the special tokens that must be spent in addition to Ancient Script, but even then you have to consider whether all that extra Ancient Script is worth it for a tracery you won’t be able to use for very long and which is only a tiny bit better than the equivalent which is one quality level less. Especially if you’re just one or two levels below the next bracket, and therefore very close to having to replace your traceries anyway, it’s really better to save your Ancient Script for later. Once you’re done appraising, or if you are a new player with no old LIs to appraise, Ancient Script is much harder to accumulate.
