A study of the difficulties of suddenly becoming a multi-millionaire has been released by Camelot to coincide with controversial changes to the EuroMillions game. Ticket prices are up from £2 each to £2.50 from now on and will apply to tonight’s game, where the jackpot will be £14m.

You are very correct but I think Camelot the lottery company arranged this to encourage people to play more lottery, this couple won £14.3m in 2010 now this show happened in 2018.

More to the point why post this video on YT two years after it formed part of Camelot's marketing programme, although this scenario is very affected not even the scummiest of people would act like that - it seems to be the storyline written by a Middle Class person projecting their ideas of what someone with less money might seek to desire. IMHO this is not the case.
