In this clip, Lou Simms talked about being institutionalized prior to his hefty prison bid and how he managed to exercise some semblance of freedom through his defiance. He discussed carrying himself no different in prison than he did on the streets which allowed him to garner much power behind prison walls.
Later, Lou Simms recalled an incident with a former friend of his that resulted in him “butchering” the friend and claiming he got what he deserved.

@@kevinwells6090 What would be the point of them sitting on motorized lawnmowers in prison? There is the physical aspect of using your body to do manual labor. It keeps you fit and healthy. The mental part is the whole point, you do the hard manual labor to pay for your sins. It helps clear your mind and forgive yourself for the shit you did by punishing yourself. If you never had a real hard work and pushed yourself and your whole body is aching. Its the best feeling and you sleep like a baby. You also feel a sense of acomplishment. Which helps build self esteem and self worth for the men that lack it.
