Louis, in a desperate move to join Zane's firm and make him senior partner, needs to bring just one client with him. Louis manages to steal Versalife as a client after Karina's suggested him to do it, and gets Jessica pissed off with Mike because she figures Mike was who gave the information to Louis.

Her behavior is fair. As head of the firm she has no choice but to make decisions strictly in its best interest. Since Harvey and louis act on emotion, they need her to call the tough shots.

Louis was heavily underappreciated. Harvey talked a big game on morals and talked about Litt constantly putting the firm in jeopardy but Harvey caused the firm more damage than anyone by hiring a fraud. In fact, Harvey and Donna caused more damage to the firm than Louis.
