I think they've done a great job this season. Love Tilsitt (was planning to get PM East-West but now need to reconsider). Excited about the Speedy 20s. Can't wait to see them in person. I wish they make it in brown/camel leather. I think I do like the nanogram: it's more discreet but you still get the monogram action.

I love the new LV releases. Even when I'm not buying for now it's still enjoyable to see what they come up with. I know a lot of people think these new ideas are ridiculous ( I did too) but I opened my eyes to what new stuffs they can offer and more choices for us too. I thought when the Carry All was released it was Bleh! But Dayle's Addiction did a review on the Empriente version, it was actually well thought of. Even the Pochette Metis East West is catching my eye now( the strap will work well on my height). I will only admire from afar I am very conscientious with my budget right now and will jus enjoy what I got.

I agree about “fattening your eyes “ (my Mom used to say that. Lol. Now it’s eye candy!) Well for what they’re charging now, they should come up with new ideas. Unfortunately, I carry way too much than I should so bigger bags are my jam. Nautical patterns are nice on some styles. Maybe I’m a little jaded since I live in a nautical area. 😅Thanks to @hello catwalk city for bringing these new creations to us!

Thanks for sharing all these. I’m not a fan of most. I do like the speedy 20s lately but I’m waiting for one in a darker beige or the turtledove but solid colors. I hope they will do something like that in the future because I have so many black bags. The azur nautical design is way too much for me. I don’t like the chain detail on it but I’m sure many will think it’s cute. Maybe that first bag you showed in reverse monogram but the clasp is not my favorite. It’s my least favorite aspect of my pochette metis which I have in black empreinte.

For me it’s the prices. There are likely pieces I may have purchased if they had been under the 2k mark, but now everything is in the 2-3K and above mark, I have to really love what is released, and so farI haven’t loved anything. I did purchase the braided DE speedy, mostly because I wanted the pink lining, but I ended up returning it because I hated the braided strap.

I’ve seen the giant key pouch in person. The hardware is insane and gorgeous. It’s a bit heavy. Definitely can fit your hand through it to hold the pouch. Definitely considering it. I like the Damier Azur pieces but not enough to buy. I do have the old Azur pieces from the Tahitian collection. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks so much for sharing the new releases!!! I would LOVE to add a Twist to my collection but sadly I feel the price just isn’t worth it now. The same thing happened to me with the Cappucines. Just beautiful but for the price i would go with something else.

Hehe yes, fun eye candy! Doesn’t have to lead to any purchases. 😉 My favorite is the Tilsitt because I didn’t expect that curved bottom and top handle to look so dainty and cute. It’s quite nicely balanced. But overall, nothing excited me enough to take home. 😅

The Tilsitt is really cute!! But I prefer the original 90s vintage version, they were made in epi leather. Also the vintage ones can give you a huge $$$ savings because you can find them for under $800 vs the $2600+ of the new tilsitt

Thanks for sharing! I think my favorite were the Speedy 20s. I like the Tilsit but not how the top handle hangs when using the longer strap. My least favorite were the Damier Azur in the nautical print. I am content with my current collection so won’t be purchasing anything anytime soon.

Being content with all that you already have means you can simply enjoy the eye candy! 😉 I quite like the Tilsitt shape (surprisingly) but that top handle is definitely a bit of a nuisance when worn with the strap.

It’s crazy how I have drifted so much away from anything that screams designer. The last bag I purchased a Damier Ebene alma bb and it’s been sitting unused for like 7 months now. I’m noticing other brands that carry elegant styles and I don’t need anyone to know how much my bag is worth. I might get the alma in Epi, I do love the silhouette of that bag.

I have a couple of DE In the Alma and speedy 30 prints and a tiny monogram wallet, but that’s it for me. I sold my brand new neverfull GM in mono and all the other loud prints. Likewise, I was in the mall yesterday and finally noticed how tacky and ridiculous these prints are getting😂😂 lol… I can’t with these loud and larger LV prints I see. I’ll stick to my low key luxury with minimal detail. I’m glad I am seeing the light lol

@@Rwissam1987 a couple I really like their stuff is Valextra, Alaia, Franzi. like even Judith Leiber that has such amazing pieces for clutches. I just started exploring more in IG and going through the department stores. Don’t get me wrong there are a few very well known bags I love but they are much more low key without the monograms or massive brand logo slapped on.

These designs are better for me than other recent offering! I’m not sure about all the hardware though, doesn’t it make the bags a bit heavy? The Alma BB was singing to me. Do you have that in the Damier Ebene? I wonder at the quality a bit, but I am tempted and that hasn’t happened for a while. Thanks for sharing xx

Of course I was thinking the same exact thing about all the oversized hardware! It will be heavy! 😂 But it’s like the Bottega Veneta pouch with chunky chain, it’s heavy but I suppose it’s to make a statement. 🤷🏻‍♀️ To answer your question, I don’t own any Alma bags.

Love the luggage tag and the clochette but I would look like such a numpty carrying one. Really drawn to the black, nanogram speedy! I saw a puffy version of the speedy in some pictures on IG and I'm hoping they make that available. It looks super cool imo. Otherwise none of these are very interesting to me, but that's a good thing - saving money 😄 But I couldn't stop staring at your coat! It's beautiful! Do you mind sharing where ist from?

Oh thank you! The coat is a few years old and I get asked all the time! It’s actually from the H&M premium collection and people are always surprised when I tell them that. It’s great quality and very warm.

I love Louis Vuitton items, but not the price. I do have a few items in my collection that I bought preloved, except for my Neverfull, which I bought 3 years ago at their boutique. I've bought several bags that look like the Speedy, Alma and Felicie from Coach, at a lower price point. I think I'm more of a traditionalist when it comes to designs.

I was checking the Tilsit online the other day and I like the shape and i love top handle bags. Its $2640. Celine has a bag similar in shape to that but its more than 3k and sold out online. Good thing you featured that bag I checked it online yesterday and its still available. Im still thinking if i have to get it or not

OH MY GOODNESS! Just received an email from LV to check out these new designs from spring 2023 and peeked last night ! I LOVE this little Tilsitt ! It’s so darn cute. Last October when in Paris I bought the Dauphine MM at the Champs D’Elysee store, so I have the reverse monogram effect / I do love it. PS got one heck of a price / exchange rate / VAT & French brand etc about $1,300 less than US. I digress I’ll be back in Paris this April and I think I might do the Damier Azur little Alma you showed as I want something smallish for summer. Was going to buy the Croisette in DA but now that I see that one. Anyway bottom line is, love the new edgy styles. Love LV have loved it for more than 40 years. Have worn out more LV than most people have ever owned 😂 Have a great evening and thanks for the videos. You’re great !

Luckily I do not like any to purchase ! I’m not a fan at all with the micro monogram , and the only bag that is cute is the Tilsit. The mixed pattern on the canvas is hideous. TFS !

I feel like LV designers don't even try anymore 😂🤣😂! They literally release the same bag designs in different prints, hardware, sizes and materials. They follow this up with a higher selling price and launch the "new collection" 😂🤣✋!

I think with big luxury houses, their designs can often become repetitive and overdone. I suppose it’s their popularity that makes their classic designs known by so many people, and that also becomes their biggest challenge - to make fresh, new, interesting designs that will continue to catch people’s attention. I do think a lot of consumers are gravitating towards lesser known, smaller brands these days - to get that unique and more understated look.

I think the last time I saw an LV bag/print that I liked was 2017. I just purchased 2 Marc Jacobs leather bags from his new Spring palette and I absolutely love them. Buttery soft full grain leather, quality is there and the prices don't break the bank. I could buy 6 leather Marc Jacobs bags for the price 1 CANVAS LV would cost me lol.

I think LV are just getting too pricey. Workmanship is not as good as it use to be, seems like their bags now are all about adding a chain, and charging the customer more. Their last increase was crazy .

Such beautiful pieces but the prices are outrageous. Unless you have extra change to spare on these bags they are not really worth it. I love LV but quality has become such a burden for many luxury houses. It’s disappointing that we need to inspect our items nowadays when in fact we pay a pretty penny for these luxury items. Ohhh and thank you for the eye candy. They can stay in the boutique lol
