Loving your transformation, but you keep saying it's been X amount time being sober but you weren't alcohol dependant were you? People do drink alcohol without getting drunk or dependant!

I think he had made alcohol a regular habit in his life, rather than being dependant on it. I think he's also aware that the habit of drinking regularly may lead to dependency further down the line. He feels good to be alcohol free, with both the physical and mental benefits he now feels.

Louis.. love ur content from start but pls. be aware of the fact that ur advertising can mislead people to purchase specific recommended items p.e. Running shoes .. You can give ur personal opinion but always suggest go visit a specialist . Especially running shoes cos each individual is unique
