In this Louki ki Sabzi Recipe I have shown step by step process of making Louki ki Sabji (लौकी की सब्ज़ी). This recipe shows super easy and quick process to make delicious Louki ki Sabzi (ghiya ki sabzi). Louki ki Sabji recipe is very easy and I have cooked it with the ingredients which are easily available in every household. This Louki ki Sabzi recipe by KabitasKitchen could be a choice for lunchbox recipe. This Louki ki Sabzi (लौकी की मसालेदार सब्ज़ी ) goes well with hot roti, chapati, puri and paratha.

Ingredients:
Bottle gourd(louki)-1/2 kg
(peeled, washed and chopped)
Onion(chopped)-1(large)
Tomato(chopped)-1(large)
Green chilli-1(chopped)
Ginger(grated)-2 inch
Garlic(grated)-6 to 8
Coriander leaves
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Cooking oil-3 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Sabzi masala or kitchen king masala-1/3 tsp

Came out super tasty. I actually added half spoon amchoor powder and half sugar. Came out khatta meetha.
